Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
UK delivery typically takes 2–4 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free UK delivery on orders over £30
Which courier do you use?
All UK orders are shipped via Evri. For international parcels to the USA we use Royal Mail International. All parcels come with a tracking number.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
What condition must items be in?
Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn or used cannot be returned.

International Shipping
How much does international shipping cost?
International shipping to the USA is £14.00, sent via Royal Mail International Tracked (5–8 business days).
Please note that your order may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival, which are payable by the recipient. These charges vary and are determined by your local customs authority — we're unable to predict or cover these costs.
What if my my parcel is delayed?
International parcels can occasionally be held at customs - allow extra time before contacting us.
What if my policy is lost?
Contact us via email (noorbynfh@gmail.com) and we'll raise a claim with Royal Mail.
What currency will i be charged in?
USD for US customers, it will be converted automatically.
Can I change my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so we're unable to guarantee changes once an order is placed. Please contact us at (noorbynfh@gmail.com) as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before it's dispatched.
Do you accept international returns?
Due to the cost of international shipping, we're unable to accept returns on international orders unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please check sizing carefully before ordering.
